Friends From Afar

Compassion International hired me to create a powerful video that compared the lives of Ian in Colorado Springs and Alexander in the Dominican Republic. As the creative director, videographer, and video editor, I followed Ian throughout his day in Colorado and traveled to the Dominican Republic to film Alexander's day-to-day life. The video aimed to encourage young kids to sponsor other kids of their similar age around the globe. Despite the exhausting and hot conditions during filming in the Dominican Republic, the video was an overwhelming success and remains on Compassion International's site today.
